Who We Are

My staff and I are committed to providing our patients in the Athens Oconee area with the finest care we are capable of in an environment that is relaxed and comfortable. We want our patients to have optimal oral health and we work hard at facilitating communication both to and from our patients for that purpose.

  • To provide a health-centered practice with the ability to help people achieve the highest level of well being personally appropriate for them.

  • To have as patients those people that demonstrate their appreciation for optimum health through their commitment to be an active partner in their oral health.

  • To accomplish this with the highest degree of care, skill, and judgment that we can provide, thus enhancing the quality of their lives and our own.

  • To have a caring team that will strive for excellence in both our personal and professional life.

  • To create a professional environment and caring atmosphere conducive to the above for our patients and their family

We listen when you have a concern about anything related to your oral health or our practice. We do detailed initial examinations along with an interview with Dr. Hall. We want to know what’s been done in your mouth and what your current concerns are. We will explain what is going on in your mouth as we examine you.  Lastly, if you have more than just a few dental needs then Dr. Hall and Dr. Shah will sit down with you in our consultation room to give you options and plan your treatment.

We strive to make every visit not only dentally successful and comfortable but fun! We enjoy what we do and we love our patients. Why shouldn’t it be fun?

We want you to love your dentistry as much as we do. We will not finalize any work in your mouth without you saying it looks and feels good.

We work hard to keep you maintaining your teeth at home. Yes, we offer cleanings and gum services, however, we only do a small part to keep your mouth healthy. Excellent home care is critical for good oral health. Dr. Hall, his hygienists, and Dr. Shah are absolutely committed to motivating and instructing our patients on how to keep their mouth in optimal health.

We strive for excellence in our dental procedures. We regularly attend continuing education courses so we can do beautiful and functional dentistry that will last. We also continually reevaluate how we do dentistry at regular staff meetings.

A Modern Office

Watch a show of your choice on Netflix during your appointment. This helps make long appointments more enjoyable and comfortable.

The Keurig machine brews an instant cup of coffee. We keep it stocked with a variety of flavors, including hot chocolate.

We use an angled digital x-ray sensor to minimize the discomfort that patients experience with regular x-ray sensors.

Located off of the Oconee Connector, the office is in a new building with a modern, clean, and comfortable design.

We use state of the art technology to ensure that our patients receive the best treatment. Dr. Hall is continually investing in the practice to make sure that the practice is ahead in technology.

At our office, you’ll almost never have to wait for a crown.

Using advanced CEREC® technology, we can have what used to be “lab-work” done while you are in the chair. This saves our patients a significant amount of time.

As the number of COVID-19 cases increases in the state of Georgia and throughout the nation, we want to let you know that the health and safety of our patients, employees and surrounding communities are our top priorities. We are taking this health concern seriously and are taking every precaution and putting preventative actions in place as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities.
Listed below are a few of the steps we are taking in order to ensure the safety and health of our Patients and Staff:
• We have temporarily closed our waiting room. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment but instead of coming in, please call us once you are in the parking lot to let us know that you are here. Please wait in your car and we will call or text you when we are ready for you to come in. **With the exception of parents who are wanting to be in the treatment room with their children, we respectfully ask that only the patient that is receiving treatment be the only person that enters the building.
• If you or ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, or even with whom you've recently been exposed, has experienced symptoms of recent illness, please inform us so that we may reschedule your appointment for the near future.
• ALL PATIENTS and STAFF will be required to sanitize their hands with disinfectant supplies provided at the point of entry into our building. Also as a precaution, we are asking each patient to rinse with OraCare before the start of each appointment.
• All shared surfaces (front door handles, bathroom door handles, counter tops, coffee bar, etc.) will be wiped hourly.
As always, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for both our employees and patients while delivering the best dental care possible. We want to thank you for the trust you have placed in us and appreciate your help and support in helping us with the safety measures we have put in place.
We sincerely ask that you take the necessary precautions to keep yourself, your families, and the surrounding communities safe. If you have any other questions about your visit or about scheduling an appointment, please contact our office at (706) 549-8737.

This has been a game changer in our practice, especially when working on kids. It's a completely different experience for them for the better. Six months in we have yet to have to use anesthesia on a child for a filling.
